Oriental type. Such a mild, sweet flavor compared to regular cabbage that it can be used raw in salads. Also great in stir-fry. With a texture between cabbage and lettuce, leaves are mild, sweet and don't cause digestion problems like regular cabbage. Crisp, tender, tall cylindrical head with excellent flavor. Lightly fold head to blanch to a creamy white. Plant in early July for a Fall crop. 70 days. Approximately 225 seeds per 1/32 ounce packet.
